I purchased a tuxedo on Monday, 4/18, for my brother to wear to prom. The next day, I received an email stating that my order would ship no later than the following day (4/20). On 4/20, I received an email stating that my package shipped, and I would receive it no later than 4/22. On 4/26, when I had not yet received my package, I contacted customer support for an update. Only after wasting another half of a business day, midday on 4/27 they told me that their warehouse lost my order and it had not processed or shipped it yet. They also said that their warehouse would be processing it hopefully by the next day (4/28), and that it didn't make sense to upgrade my shipping because I live so close to their warehouse (I'm in PA, and the warehouse is in NJ). The fact that they didn't demand their warehouse to process my lost order and ship it out immediately is appalling. I demanded the shipping upgrade, but they didn't process my order on 4/27. Today, 4/28, they can't even provide me with a tracking number so I can monitor the status of my package which they claim will be shipped today for overnight delivery. So, I'm left with a heartbroken brother with no tuxedo for the prom tomorrow (4/29). Avoid this company at all costs. A cheaper price is not worth all of the headache I have gone through.
This was a terrible mistake by our fulfillment center. As soon as the customer made us aware of the issue, we did everything in our power to get the customer their tuxedo ASAP. Even though the customer is 1-2 days away from the fulfillment center, we upgraded it to Next Day Air Shipping. By the time the re-shipment processed the order it was too late to have the order shipped out the same day. We apologized, and still do, for this grave mistake. We were told his prom was next week, so we thought everything would be OK, but then was told he was attending a second prom which is this weekend. A tracking number was provide and the customer will receive the package tomorrow. We understand the complaints and feel really bad about it.
