If I could give no stars I would. Do not order from this company. I have had issues with every single order I have ever placed. International shipping is insane, which is normally "okay" as it's expected. But international shipping isn't what they charge. They charge for "labor, processing and shipping in this fee" They are extremely rude when asking for accommodating due to there errors. And don't provide any assistance whatsoever.
They launched a US store and I was so excited to avoid high shipping and faster delivery. WRONG, I had three orders that had "bugs" in them and they tried to cancel my order when I requested and invoice for the different amount after finally getting that invoice and then shipping it out from the us warehouse it was three days late. When they guaranteed the shipping day and charged me for express shipping. I requested a refund on my shipping and they refused stating the shipping fee was for time and labor as well. If you are a boutique with a legit license signup for FashionGo it is worth it and products get to you within a week it is actually cheaper than the "low" items they sell when you account for shipping. They are scamming you all items are about 15-30 dollars each when you account for shipping costs, they are not cheap and not high quality by any means! Please don't add more stress to a already stressful business.
