This website is a scam. Had to blow up their email to get a refund. Phone number doesn't work because it's not real. Was given a "return label" and told to send back the stuff when I got it. Guess what still hasn't arrived after 3 months? Because it never shipped. Please be aware especially if your kids send you a link to this website. Which is the only reason I became a victim of this website because my child sent me the link to buy birthday gifts.

Just don't.

Hi Kaylee. We are not a scam. We are the official Minecraft Store. We did have an issue with one of our shipping providers. They assured us that shipments had resumed however, if you have still not received your order, it is likely lost and we can either reship it or refund it. Unfortunately due to COVID we have limited access to the phones however, emails are still be answered within one business day. Thanks in advance.
