I ordered two items on sale and paid the same price for delivery. I did have no tracking number, I saw the letter type in the order details. And after one month I didn't get my order. Support told me that they could reship or refund, but they couldn't reship all items. I have received much more large packages from the USA for less price and with a tracking number.
And I could not search for my package with my local post service, cause it's a letter!
Unfortunately packages can get lost in the mail and it is beyond our control. It is rare but it does happen. In your case we are happy to reship or refund. If some of the items in your order were out of stock, we can issue a full refund for those items.
