I ordered from this company on December 19th and sent it to my sisters address as a gift. I thought that would have been plenty of time to get it to her by Jan12th (her birthday) because they promised it would be delivered in 1-2 weeks along with promising me a tracking number as soon as it was shipped. I waited and weeks went by with no tracking number and no package. I finally emailed them with my concerns on January 8th. All of a sudden on the 12th of January they emailed me saying my order had been shipped and provided me a tracking number. Yes I was happy to FINALLY hear from them but it was almost a month later and my package was just being shipped. I find it odd that I had to contact them for them to actually give me what I paid for. They either just forgot to ship my stuff or thought I wouldn't notice? Either way it's completely unacceptable for a company to not follow through on there promised delivery date and also not even notify the customer or give any form of explanation. It was not worth the wait or the trouble.
