I ordered 8 tank tops on May 2 from the Electro Threads website. I received 2 of the 8 tank tops. I contacted customer service in May when I received them and customer service acknowledged they only sent me 2 of the 8 and the other 6 were in production. Since this email, they have not responded to my emails, phone calls, or my reach out on social media. I have tried to contact them in multiple ways to get them to update me. It is now July 2 and no response since May 29th.
FYI you can't return any of it, they won't offer me the refund for $250 of merch in perfect condition i requested a week after receiving it. I even wanted to keep some of the items and offered to pay return shipping for the rest!
I feel high viberations when I wear Electro threads, and always get tons of compliments I tell everyone to get their amazing clothing at Electro threads

After ordering 2.5 months ago…. I still have not received my $399 cloak… this is absolutely horrible business. I run a small business in the same field, and let me tell you, if i put on my website that the item ships in 7-18 business days and still don't ship product after it's been 2.5 months…. Ughhhh, at this point I'm going to file a complaint with my bank. Awful first time experience. I have wanted this cloak for a few years now, finally purchased and this is what happens.
I ordered an item from electro threads I selected the incorrect size... so I instantly sent an email regarding a size change... 4 emails later. Zero replies... So far I have a bad taste in my mouth with this company...
As title states the order is late. It's like breaking fingers trying to get ahold of anyone to figure out what's going on. I send an email asking for what's going on what can I expect three days later no reply. Send another email about reporting fraud and canceling payment. Reply right away about trying to figure out what's going on. A week later still no response. Do not buy from this company until they figure out how to reply in a timely matter to requests and how to meet they're own ten week shipping window.
UPDATE: Package finally received after many emails. The reason being that they thought they had enough of the black Sherpa to finish the order but did not. After agreeing to a new inside liner Ryan pushed the order as a priority and arrived about a month after them saying the order was changed to the new lining. The product appears to be good quality and my fiancé is happy with it but all the headache of just trying to receive the item and figure out what was going soiled the whole experience. I'll add a star just for receiving the item. Good luck to everyone trying to receive their item from this company.
I ordered some clothing back in April that I was super excited to receive. Unfortunately, though, I never received it. I contacted support about the issue and after emailing about it a few weeks later because I still hadn't heard back, I was told to submit a stolen package report with USPS. I contacted USPS and after being on hold for hours, I was sent a link for the proper form to fill out for theft issues/stolen packages. I sent all of this information to customer support and after taking a long time yet again to reply, was told that they needed a different thing done with USPS than what I had completed. Fast forward to September, I have contacted support and USPS NUMEROUS times. USPS states that I filled out the only stolen package report that is available and that is used when reporting the issue to retailers. Electro Threads says they have had "100s of our customers complete this process without issue." Good to hear that 100s of customers are even having to deal with the issue of not receiving their packages from this company. Yikes. And when I asked if I could get faster responses through a form other than email, if someone in support could direct me to the "correct" USPS form then since apparently what USPS kept having me fill out that stated it was for stolen packages was not correct, etc., I received no real answer to my questions and instead just kept receiving the same "I'm sorry you're having troubles" but I can't help you, basically. So now I've spent $200 on the order with nothing to show for it, many hours wasted on emails and phone calls, etc. with no resolution to the issue at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wow. I have bought many clothing items from electro threads and every time I love everything I get. They use superior quality fabrics, only use cruelty free options and everything is worth the price because nothing is cheaply made. They have amazing reviews on their site and I don't understand why people on here are being so negative. They seriously have the best quality clothes I have ever seen. I have spent over 400 dollars (over 500 if you count discounts) and I literally have 300 dollars worth of stuff in my cart right now I am about to buy. I uploaded a photo of my proof of purchase. Not sure if it will show or not. 'That's over 800 dollars. I would never spend that much on junk. Wonderful company with unique and quality clothing that makes every item as you order it..
My daughter wanted a particular item they promoted, ordered, paid, and nothing. A day later received a notice item had shipped but their customer service never provided a tracking number or proof of shipping. 3 years later still no shirt. Had to dispute charge to get refund. Guess they were high that weekend.
Pretty great! Had a good experience, customer support was easy to talk to. Would recommend to everyone.
I may very well be a one off case but i did not appreciate the way I was treated. Customer service needs to improve and communicate better with clients in helping them understand what to expect. They also blocked me on Instagram because I expressed my frustration. As long as they get their money, they don't care about you
400 dollars spend on a winter coat... for winter. It's been 3.5 months now. Not winter anymore, no coat.
They warned 7-14 days for coat to be made before shipping... 3.5 months later still not shipped.
Their shipping takes forever, which to be fair, they did say it would. They sent half my order to start. A shirt was missing. No reply from anyone for weeks and multiple emails, until I told them I was going to start a credit card charge back. They immediately replied saying they would send out the shirt. It has been another 3 or 4 weeks now. Nobody has sent the missing shirt. Two different people told me they'd send it immediately and then stopped replying completely. Once again they have not replied for weeks, they sent the other half of my order without the missing item. They even blocked me from responding to anything they post on Facebook.
Absolutely 0 quality control. If you have more than one or two issues with the defective items they send you they will just block your email, they NEVER answer phones and whoever runs their FB just answers product questions and has no clue about your lack of product. 2 BBB complaints opened against them and proven they blocked the email I registered with because after being ignored for weeks, multiple attempts, I sent an email with my secondary account and got a response within an hour or two.
I ordered a face mask LAST month and it still hasn't shipped? Less than 24 hours ago I ordered a face mask from another site and two hours later I had the shipping confirmation number. I would ask for a refund, but it takes them 12 days to respond back to your emails :)
Ordered some joggers, a cloak, and some shirts. Everything arrived to me within 9 days, which was surprising considering everything is HANDMADE and their site advertised it could take up to 14 to make my stuff. Everything is made to order in the US and the quality is awesome, both things I look for when supporting business. Not sure what's going on with these other reviews, but these guys were awesome.

It took over two months to receive my order. Even then I was missing a blanket and the cloak has stitching that was frayed. It says made in America, but the tags say made in China! This company needs to be shut down!
I purchased a dress from this store and I just love it! It is super stylish and original! The colors are bright and does not wash away. The shipping was very fast and the whole experience was satisfactory!
