Thank you very much for providing that feedback to us. We would never want your loved one to receive flowers in less than stellar condition! In order to ensure the freshest delivery possible, our shipped flowers arrive in bud form and once the flowers have been placed in water they will take about 2-3 days to bloom and reach their full potential.
The flowers are part of our 100% guarantee and we'd be happy to replace or reimburse these if they do not bloom over the next couple days.
If there are any further concerns, we ask that you send a picture of the flowers so that we can review and share this feedback with our wholesaler to address these concerns internally.
