I submitted a document to verify I am a current student and received an email that they were "unable to verify your status as a current student." The document clearly shows my name, my university's name, and that I am registered for classes for the spring 2021 semester, everything ID.me claims to need. I can't believe a person actually looked at the document since a 7 year old would be able to look at it and see it met those requirements. And then when you go to submit a request for assistance, they have very limited drop down menu options, which leads me to believe they don't want people contacting them. I chose a similar option and submitted it anyways because the issue is theirs, not mine. Truly ridiculous.
