Channels never work. They go in and out and you can never watch a full program.As for football what a joke channel refreshes or goes away during games. Not worth the money. Once you pay they give you the run around If you ask for a refund.

UPDATE: I stream Netflix, Hulu and Amazon with NO issues. I am able to watch full episodes. I have the highest speed internet.
Your emails state "**We are crazy about the quality of our service.**" this is a lie. I have emailed your company numerous times about my refund which you stated in your email I would get within 7-10 business days and I NEVER received a REFUND! My last two emails I got NO response what so ever Tell me how that is crazy good service?
I have bought AMC gift cards to use for when me and my friends go to the movies, savings on tickets and concessions. I have also bought PF changs and TGIF's to take friends out for a meal. I bought Macy's too. I would recommend you check this site before you buy anything save 5 to 40% off.

I signed up for this service last year and had a little trouble but nothing like I have had this...
You must have Good internet speed. 25 MB required but good news that from next week 6 you can watch multi bit + CDN technolgy so you can watch even 1 MB internet. We are top and best in the Internet.
