This is nothing more than PURE scamming. You dont get to see your game... Just parts of it... then you lose signal... then you text tech support and they tell you to go to channels that are unavailable.

They advertize one price... and charge you more. Even my credit card denied the purchase... saying it was a scam.

I signed up for this service last year and had a little trouble but nothing like I have had this year. I have high speed Internet and am able to watch all types of streaming videos with no issue. However, trying to watch the nfl games on this site is impossible. You get messages like video not working try other channel or playback error. When I contacted the online chat they kept telling me that the problem was the game was not on and the channel only worked while the game was on. The issue was the game was on. They are absolutely the worst online help desk I have ever dealt with

I switched to this TV service last week and it is working so well. I can view all the sports channels for a reasonable price along with the other entertainment channels. They also offer a lot of great packages for regular customers. Very nice

Its easy to input your credit card details and get your money taken but thats where the problems start. There is an endless loop of trying to get an access at all to any live feeds. Forget trying to make it work on an android phone, it just points you back to a dead link on the home page and stays there. It took me about three hours of time, including endless login resets, to get anything that looked like a live feed and then it was just full of advertisements, interruptions, buffering etc. Its a complete rip off. And they won't offer a refund!

I paid for renewal service and i still can't access my account, i have been a customer for over 2 years?

Failed to refund a measly £10 for a live sport subscription. Instead they told me to stop making false claims. If I had the time I would take this to court. Don't use this firm because they do not believe you if there is a problem. They are downright ignorant.

Steer away. They are pathetic. Even now they give stupid comments and don't raise all I want is the refund I was promised over the phone!

I signed up today to try to watch the National Championship in women's basketball. Never got anything except told to turn my device off/on. Don't think they have a clue what they're doing. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY! About all I was told when I asked them for refund on card was... read the customer agreement.

SCAM. They charged 45$ to my credit card though I requeted to cancel service within a day if signing uo. Ticket entered was just sitting there. No one answered. Since they charged 45$ anyway, I have attempted to watch a match during which the connection failed at crucial moment and never worked after that. Even when it works the video quality is very poor. Not sure how to get them to respond

Their sub's should state clearly that the prices are charged in Euros. Bit of a shock when converted to $NZ.

I paid the money to live stream an event. Never got to watch the event. Nothing came up but pop ups and game adds. I tried for 2 hours, nothing. Sent a ticket by email telling them the service isn't working at all. Support just said sorry, non refundable, and sent a bunch of links that sent me right back into ads. DO NOT PAY THE MONEY, THIS SERVICE GIVES YOU ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOUR MONEY.

I keep getting the message "error" and then loosing the stream altogether its getting to be as near as useless. Seem s to have happened since they made the new changes

Absolutely worth my money! I have never used a service like e-digital place, they offer the best internet TV streaming service in the US. If you are looking for a user-friendly service and want to save money with your subscriptions, just go for this blindly!

Well I pay for 3 months of subs I had tv now they say opps you didn't pay us. well my bank statement says different. It went to them via there web site. Now my bank is doing the for fraud and if it comes to it laying charges. Now I have had my cc card stoped due to these CU**S. But they still say I didn't pay. Now I have even had the tv site I did log into the web site. It is now blocked to me and all msg's wiped off there server only half of the msg's show up. Its like they are trying to cover there $#*! but the more they remove the more I will hit. This scam site is now been reported all over the net I spend few day copy and pasting everything about this scam. Just stay well clear of these $#*!s its just a scam and they take your money and then say $#*! you. I have your money in my pocket so there is no proof of payment. Plus half the $#*! don't work of you just get black page with crap saying they cant find the link plus they have removed all the movies and they say oh we are going to sports only but we are not telling any one. What a bunch of F***s just a bloody scam good luck with court. I hope there $#*! gets dropped into the $#*!

Don't know why people are giving so many negative reviews for this service. The website is great and most of the channels are ready to stream without any problems. I'm sure that they will improve the service and make it more user friendly in the coming months

Never works when trying to watch sport on Sky channels. Continual buffering and hanging. Techs try to placate with advice like turn your router / laptop off and then on again... The issue is with their service. DONT SIGN UP

All the adjectives used by others who have attempted to use the service: scam, rip off, terrible, unethical and avoid like the plague are all true in our experience. They prey on peoples passion for sport and offer no service of any kind. Trying to communicate with them and be reimbursed is akin to pulling teeth. Companies like this should be shut down - disgusted.

I am a subscriber of this website from 2012. Till 2018 its an average Quality site. I did shift from this website to a new one. Last month my friends who also a subscriber of this website inform me that they changed a lot of things likes Apps, SD to HD and many more. No lagging issues anymore. That inspire me to join again and now i am very much happy and i am sure you will be. I have no other option but will give them best best best! From an average website they are now top in the market.

What a rip off. Never worked. I emailed to cancel before my 5 days were up. They charged me for a year. Please don't fall in to their trap.

I have been using this service for more than six months now and it is terrific! I get most of the paid channels with good streaming quality and they give prompt response if I'm having any issues. Excellent service!

I get excellent streaming quality for the price that I am paying. I never used to get such decent service from the earlier TV streaming apps as they were always fooling the customers. E-digital place is awesome and their annual subscription is fantastic

I used edigitalplace for NASCAR races since NASCAR does not offer on line services without a cable. Well, edigitalplace, their quality and dependability are horrible. They are plagued with drop outs, no services when you want them, freezes, and any other evil you can imagine happening to a video service. It took a year and a half, but I finally switched to a different provider after many attempts at resolving their issues by increase bandwidth, constant emails, and work tickets. You would be best served to take your business somewhere else. They do not have a worthwhile product.

Channels never work. They go in and out and you can never watch a full program.As for football what a joke channel refreshes or goes away during games. Not worth the money. Once you pay they give you the run around If you ask for a refund.

UPDATE: I stream Netflix, Hulu and Amazon with NO issues. I am able to watch full episodes. I have the highest speed internet.
Your emails state "**We are crazy about the quality of our service.**" this is a lie. I have emailed your company numerous times about my refund which you stated in your email I would get within 7-10 business days and I NEVER received a REFUND! My last two emails I got NO response what so ever Tell me how that is crazy good service?

Service does not work and they refuse to give your money back. Should have looked at these reviews before I handed over my money. Buyer beware.
