I am a subscriber of this website from 2012. Till 2018 its an average Quality site. I did shift from this website to a new one. Last month my friends who also a subscriber of this website inform me that they changed a lot of things likes Apps, SD to HD and many more. No lagging issues anymore. That inspire me to join again and now i am very much happy and i am sure you will be. I have no other option but will give them best best best! From an average website they are now top in the market.

I signed up for this service last year and had a little trouble but nothing like I have had this year. I have high speed Internet and am able to watch all types of streaming videos with no issue. However, trying to watch the nfl games on this site is impossible. You get messages like video not working try other channel or playback error. When I contacted the online chat they kept telling me that the problem was the game was not on and the channel only worked while the game was on. The issue was the game was on. They are absolutely the worst online help desk I have ever dealt with

I have been a subscriber to e-digital place aka 247 TV stream for at least six years. The service is not perfect however the channel range is significant and if like me you live in the USA and want access to UK's restricted channels, this is one of the only options available. The subscription price is inexpensive and I have been getting 90% availability on the channels I watch this year. This past weekend I have been watching coverage of Rugby and Cricket.
From time to time you might have to do a channel refresh, watching England play South Africa at rugby on Saturday I had one such event in 80 mins. I have never had problems with their accounting dept. and their customer service is very responsive. I have not had any Malware issues, I use a VPN for all my Internet traffic and Trend Micro security software which is a step up from Norton etc.
I am puzzled by the negative reviews, I have not had any of these experiences, and for me the service provides access to sporting events unavailable on USA TV

Well I pay for 3 months of subs I had tv now they say opps you didn't pay us. well my bank statement says different. It went to them via there web site. Now my bank is doing the for fraud and if it comes to it laying charges. Now I have had my cc card stoped due to these CU**S. But they still say I didn't pay. Now I have even had the tv site I did log into the web site. It is now blocked to me and all msg's wiped off there server only half of the msg's show up. Its like they are trying to cover there $#*! but the more they remove the more I will hit. This scam site is now been reported all over the net I spend few day copy and pasting everything about this scam. Just stay well clear of these $#*!s its just a scam and they take your money and then say $#*! you. I have your money in my pocket so there is no proof of payment. Plus half the $#*! don't work of you just get black page with crap saying they cant find the link plus they have removed all the movies and they say oh we are going to sports only but we are not telling any one. What a bunch of F***s just a bloody scam good luck with court. I hope there $#*! gets dropped into the $#*!

Channels never work. They go in and out and you can never watch a full program.As for football what a joke channel refreshes or goes away during games. Not worth the money. Once you pay they give you the run around If you ask for a refund.

UPDATE: I stream Netflix, Hulu and Amazon with NO issues. I am able to watch full episodes. I have the highest speed internet.
Your emails state "**We are crazy about the quality of our service.**" this is a lie. I have emailed your company numerous times about my refund which you stated in your email I would get within 7-10 business days and I NEVER received a REFUND! My last two emails I got NO response what so ever Tell me how that is crazy good service?

I purchased the program, was able to watch the game I wanted. I received an email from the fraud department of my CC. I did not recognize the chinese name, and the amount did not match the purchase I had just made for the streaming tv so I disputed it. I chatted with someone online from the company and he said the difference in price was a "currency conversion fee". Well that was not mentioned online, I lost faith, disputed the charge and asked for a full refund. I will go out to watch the games that are not broadcasted in my area. Now I need to get a new credit card, change all my bill payments. What a hassle for nothing.
