To summarise - I ordered a pair of size 11 boots for my husband and Size 9.5 were delivered. They were sent to me by Supertrendinuk.com, not only 15 days later than the original delivery date (Ermi lost them) but the boots were size 9.5 - not size 11. When I asked to return them at the original cost, plus postage to me and for me to return them, I was told that I wouldn't get the return postage paid as the goods were not faulty! Irrespective of the fact that the goods were not fit for purpose! I eventually received the cost of the outbound postage, and then the cost of the item, but have yet to receive the £4.55 it cost me to return them to Supertrendinuk. I tried through Resolver to get this money back - but that proved useless. Both Supertrendinuk and Living Social are ignoring my emails now. They have lost me and all my friends as customers now, I will never use them again. Unless of course, someone from Living Social bothers to read this, and gives me back my money. There is no phone number to call them on either.
