Supertrendinuk

I bought some chairs from The Range which were carelessly left outside my home whilst out and stolen as a result. When trying to resolve this issue I am contacted by Supertrendinuk who asked for my signature and address details. My address details are available to them from the original order and signature is absolutelt unnecessary. Reads like scam.

I ordered size 11 boots for my husband through LIving Social, and were - eventually - delivered 3 weeks late from SupertrendinUK.com. Except - the boots were size 9.5 not size 11! I followed their instructions to return them, after declining their offer to keep the boots for a partial refund of £3.50 (Why would I keep boots that were too small?). Living Social has refunded the cost of the boots pluse delivery costs. However - they are refusing to pay the £4.55 return postage as I did not pay them for the return postage, I paid the Post Office! SupertrendinUk say they won't return the return postage costs as they say the goods were not 'faulty'. They are now ignoring my emails - but I will persevere, and will take down this post, once the refund arrives.
