They refused to return the planner pages because I had written in them. I didn't KNOW they would let the ink run through to the OTHER side of the planner UNTIL I wrote in them. Tried returning immediately after buying and they refused.
Horrible and cheap product now and I have been a solid user of Franklin Covey for decades.

Don't expect them to stand behind their product.
