I have a ring doorbell and chime box. The doorbell works fine but the chime does not ring. This is the 2nd time I have had this problem. First chime broke after 14 months so outside of warranty so had to purchase a new one. The second one has broken after 10 months. Have tried to get it resolved and have been told the technical team but no call back. Phone calls have cost over £25 so far so if I call again I may as well but a new one. Avoid at all costs….awful company to deal with.
