  • Stitch Fix

2/5/23

When I first started using Stitch Fix, I loved most of my items and loved the quality. It was also much easier to get the same stylist which is truly the key to this type of styling to work consistently anyway. A stylist over a few fixes gets to "know you and your style/fit/ etc." After time, I could never get the same stylist more than one time and the clothes started to look like someone just threw items in a box and sent them. And nothing matches, even if you ask for a complete outfit you usually don't get it. Quality of the clothing has declined as well. I'd love to see Stitch Fix return to it's original quality and keeping good stylists.

Tip for consumers:
Again, I originally loved Stitch Fix and I hope they are able to improve the 2 most important things: allowing customers to retain the same stylist as consistently as possible and secondly, better quality clothing with matching outfits
