My experience has been often the dresses are a much cheaper version, like a knock- off of what's pictured. Once you understand that, it's not too hard to navigate around hundreds of possible cute things…paying close attention to fabrics & sizes, so what you get, you can actually use. I happen to get the last part of my last order this morning & hand-to-heaven, I'm telling ya, I got the cutest little red boots from you guys & I still have them on! When you see $14 & $20 for suede boots. Believe it, very cheaply made but totally cute & I think, very stylish. They're fire! Their shipping comes a lot quicker than it used to, so that's good. I like the Jesus stuff you have too!

I was sent incorrect color of an item…they issued a credit.

Online ordering was very nice experience. Even putting in long codes & gift card #'s, process still smooth & pleasant. Can't wait for my items to arrive.
