I uploaded verification documents, one was rejected. I uploaded another document, it appeared to be fine. Days passed, my payments remained pending. I finally had to call customer service and the representative called customer verification who approved the documents. He told me my payments would now clear within the hour. Then I got two emails telling me that my payments, which had been with Payoneer for ten days, would only now start to 'clear the payer's bank' and would take a further four days to arrive in my account. This is service of the sort no British bank could allow itself today if it wanted to keep any of its clients.
