Ok, so I ordered from a seller on eBay that's based in UK. Listing stated International Priority mail delivery first that was a lie. Second the seller used eBay global shipping UK program which uses Pitney Bowes. My item was for a wedding $747.87 USD. All tracking stops at Lichfield Staffordshire WS13 8UR. I did get a USPS tracking label however it just says label created not yet received by Carrier. So all activities stopped at the eBay global shipping center in UK. I contacted seller that was no help he pretty much said it's not his problem he got it to the shipping center from there it's Pitney bowes problem. I paid $146.23 for international priority shipping not parcel select ground like it says on the USPS label created. So basically what this crooked shipping company did was send my package slow mail this pisses me of I've been waiting 3 weeks. I don't believe for one minute my package ever left UK Pitney bowes is a scam low life shipping company bottom feeders. Well the wedding is next week I file a INR with eBay and, still have not gotten my money back. One thing I took away from this whole experience is I will never trust a international seller or, ebay global shipping program and, I won't buy international ever again. Pitney bowes kiss my a** my package is probably sitting in some wherehouse or, someone stole my package whatever the case.

Tip for consumers:
Pitney bowes can’t be trusted.
