Paypal sometimes holds Money for no reason you'll be tied for an idiots and unprofessional case that you shouldn't be contacted for
Paypal must knows that some buyer's are liars and thieves, betrayal they want to get the item for Free and money back by acting like a victims for an hacked account or unusual transaction those buyers are misusing paypal and ebay term's and conditions usually buyers are using phone number for login security because they liked their bank accounts and paypal
Tip for consumers:
Since phone number is mondatory I think buyers whom complaining about hacked or unusual transaction shouldn't be protected by paypal or ebay
