Absolutely awful - sent me some supposedly new glasses that arrived with bent arms so did not sit straight on my face. I informed them of this (having sent pictures to validate) they told me this was 'normal' despite this never happening in my previous 15+ years of wearing glasses and that I should take them to an optician to get fixed (new glasses?!).
I insisted upon returning them and had to send multiple emails explaining that I would not accept faulty glasses and wanted a full refund, I repeatedly was told this was normal and not justification for a return despite their 100 day guaranteed return policy. Eventually after multiple emails and submitting a return request on their site I eventually received an RMA number to return the item.
I returned the item recorded delivery and they signed for it yet are now claiming to still have not received them despite me sending numerous chasing emails attaching the proof of delivery and the proof of signature at their end. Most of these emails go unreplied to. I am still yet to receive my refund.
Absolutely shocking service, I would never consider using this company again, I only hope I get the money back
