I traded with ecomarkets from late August 2021 through to Late November 2021. I heard about them through advertising on major websites."Trading" results were good, with my online account showing good "profits". There was a lot of pressure to invest more and more, and I processed a few small withdrawals to confirm that this worked. I became aware that the withdrawal process was controlled by the "account manager" MG who tried to convince me not to proceed with withdrawals. I soon became aware of some issues with the website, including glitchy interface, graphs not aligning correctly with their scales and price spreads, and ultimately a lockout of my account from trading for 10 hours per day. I was advised that this was a technical issue, but two weeks later the problem was not fixed and I had lost confidence in the trading platform. I decided to downsize my investment but told them I was happy to continue trading with a smaller balance until the technical issues were resolved. That was nearly six weeks ago - my withdrawal has not been processed, and the communication with ecomarkets has stopped. Despite the fact that I contact them almost daily asking about my withdrawal, they have only called me once, and that was to try and convince me to back off with the withdrawal (the lockout had eventually been sorted but this did not improve my confidence). Radio silence since then. I have reviewed the transaction history on the wallet address I was given to shift BTC into ecomarkets (this is publicly and readily available information). Funds are transferred out of this account to other wallet addresses as soon as they arrive. The account is used for many transactions, not just the ones that I processed. This means that my supposed "account" on the platform was a fiction - as soon as I transferred the funds, they were gone. There were some smaller transactions that did not match to incoming transfers - I believe this indicated those smaller withdrawals that ecomarkets allows while they are trying to convince new victims to deposit more funds. This makes this a kind of Ponzi scheme. Look at the negative reviews on Trustpilot, as there are a number of people who have had the same experience as I have. Please be aware that ecomarkets pumps out fake positive revies on Trustpilot (they virtually confirmed this to me on a call), so take these with a grain of salt. Also be aware that there are reviews on this site and Trustpilot claiming that certain people or services can get your money back from ecomarkets. These are also scams - they will charge a fee and will not retrieve any of your funds. Some of these "recovery" services are actually run by the same scammers who are stealing your money, so be aware if you access these "services".
