I also purchased my car insurance through confused.com, but they are now refusing to send the toy claiming I did not purchase through their site, it took almost three months to tell me this via their website which I had been checking periodically to see when it was being delivered, but I did take insurance out through their site so be warned, and like the other reviewer stated I wont be using them again in the future.
