Purchased a hitch for our 2017 Kia Sedona. It arrived both damaged in transit from UPS and also had a large number of scratches that someone attempted to cover up with a Sharpie. All they offered was $10 to cover the purchase of touch-up paint and would not replace it with a new one. To be fair, I did have to install it right away because I needed the hitch for a bike rack and couldn't wait for a replacement. But since I installed it they wouldn't take it back even though it was damaged before I got it.
