I have finally received my custom cushion order. There isn't a single straight stitch, unpuckered corner, parallel line, or even an ounce of quality to the construction. Seams are falling apart, scratches and scrapes on the surfaces of the cushions, and the measurements for the couch back are off by over 1.5", which makes them unusable. The chair backs are similarly off-measure, and the chair bottoms look comical with the oversized backs (like mushrooms).

It would behoove Cushion Source to help correct all of these defects sooner, rather than later, as I am about to start a formal complaint through my bank for them delivering incorrect, damaged, and poor quality goods compared to costs spent (>$2400).

After such an experience, I'm not sure I can recommend Cushion Source, and will update this review with their response and exactly how they tried to remedy all of these defects.

Tip for consumers:
I would try other manufacturers and sellers of custom cushions, or consider using a local upholstery service. There are just too many mistake on my order to be able to recommend that anyone use Cushion Source right now.

I ordered custom deep-seating cushions for an antique heirloom couch and chairs (German origin) in vinyl fabric to be durable.

I placed my order over six weeks ago, with an anticipated ship date of today. When I called twice in the past to receive a status of the fabric order (to ensure it was placed in enough time to meet the ship date) as well as for a status of production (vinyl is a tricky fabric and I wanted to make sure it was on track), I was greet on the phone by one very rude service representative. The service rep was condescending and admonished me as you would a small child. The service rep declined to assist me on the phone except to state that "there was no assurance or guarantee that they would ship by today, it is an ESTIMATE," and further proceeded to speak to me in child-like tones as to my choice of fabric (vinyl). Honestly, if I didn't need the cushions I would contact Visa and lodge a serious complaint. This is the level of service you get for pre-paying over $2,400.00 for custom couch and seat cushions: CRAP.

Tip for consumers:
Just stay away.
