I placed a significant order on 4/28/21. I had to call back on 4/29 because there was an issue with billing. The rep I was dealing with said she re-issued the SAME EXACT order as the day before, but under a different order #... I was getting several lotions etc in my order and had a BIRTHDAY GIFT coupon as well... About a week later -my order arrives missing 2 of the items. One being the BIRTHDAY gift - the other a day cream. When I called - i was told the day cream was on back order. There was NO COMMUNICATION of this and if I did not call -how would I know? The BIRTHDAY GIFT was an over sight and they were sending it out AGAIN on 4/29. Here it is 5/24 (almost a MONTH later) and still NO Birthday Gift OR Night lotion. This makes me NOT want to deal with this company any further! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I sent an email AGAIN asking about my missing items and was not given any assistance. Told to call to speak to a useless REP.
Happy Birthday to me... NOT!

I purchased a complete fairing kit with gas tank in a custom Pearl Purple color and Monster Fairings has surpassed my expectations of not only a great product, but great OEM fitment. The customer service was excellent and guided me through the whole process. I advise everyone to pay for the expedited shipping because my kit arrived from overseas, packaged perfectly, in 7 days!
I am very happy with this whole experience and look forward to working with this company again in the very near future.
