Why isn't there a ZERO for reviews? That's what this is - a HUGE SCAM. I only wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered - I would have stayed away. Two weeks ago I found the website and wanted to order some product. I phoned him first - he told me he had the feathers I wanted and would ship them out when he "returned home" - he also told me that there would be no shipping fee. So, I ordered online and paid - my credit card was charged. After a week went by, I emailed him wondering if there was some problem... no reply. Several days passed and I emailed him again... no reply. Yesterday morning I called him and he told me that he'd check the order when he "got back to his computer" and call me right back... never did. Later in the evening I called him (sounded like he was at a bar) and he assured me that when he "returned home", he would check the order and call me back. I told him to email me back... hasn't yet. I emailed this morning asking for a refund. Doubt I will see it. Isn't there a Better Business Bureau in Wisconsin that can close this guy down?

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from this crook.
