I ordered $290 worth of hackle in May 2018. On January 14,2018 I received an email from the owner asking me if I still wanted what I had paid for. I replied that I did. Since that time I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times with no response. I have reported him to www.ic3.gov which is a government agency that investigates internet fraud. I will send him an email to tell him what I have done.

Don’t order anything from Feather Emporium

Ive never experienced such bad customer service. He sent my package stating my first name only....
