I placed an order (for one single item) on December 29th. Got a notification from UPS yesterday, January 8th, after no movement for several days, that "all merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender" - so I contacted Old Navy today (January 9th) via chat and they said they hadn't been notified by UPS but wanted me to re-order. I was like, no, I want a refund. Period. I already checked and the item I want is no longer in stock and honestly, even if it was, I'm just done with this company at this point. So after much back and forth, and me telling them I can send screenshots of the UPS messages, I got my refund, however, they didn't refund the shipping. Womp Womp. The kicker?! I've had the EXACT. SAME. ISSUE. With Old Navy packages shipping twice before. Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me. I'm done. I get packages from other entities delivered by UPS/USPS all the time without incident - I don't know what it is about Old Navy packages with "merchandise missing" and the boxes being empty - are the Old Navy employees just saying "F this noise" and shipping empty boxes that bust open during shipment?!?! Or are they not sealing the packages correctly so the merchandise falls out during shipment? Do random people just open up and steal my orders JUST from Old Navy and absolutely nothing else I purchase?! What gives?! At this point, it's comical and I definitely feel like it's an Old Navy problem and not a UPS problem, seeing as how my other packages are always delivered intact with no missing merchandise...
