Perhaps THE WORST customer experience I ever had. (I know people typically say that when they're just angry, but this is no exaggeration). The glasses I ordered came and the hard case was busted. Also, the bevel of the lens was cut too small and could easily pop out (I had a friend who works at a reputable optometrist take a look at them).
I left a message asking if I could replace or return the defective item. I received a VERY rude call the next day. He cut me off in mid-sentence several times, he said my friend must have ulterior motives, and that they never make mistakes. He also said "you know the rules, no returns unless it's defective." I stated, "I feel they are defective, the glasses are creaking because the lens is too small," to which he replied "maybe your friend can fix it, it'd be cheaper than shipping it back to us. Bye!" and hung up. Who in customer service would even say that to the customer!?!? I was speechless I was so appalled at how he spoke to me. Do NOT waste your time or money with this business.
