Our order was placed on 11/29. We never recieved a order confirmation email or an email notifying us that the order had shipped. The only way we found out it had shipped on 11/30 is because we looked the order number up ourself. Next, the company nevers entered a house number into the system when shipped... only our street, therefore our package was declined by the post office and sent back! Fanatics is unwilling to help in any way and all they day is there is nothing they can do. They say both items we ordered are now out of stock and it will take 3-4 weeks to get the original order back, re entered into the system and sent back out. This company and their customer service is garbage and will never use them again!

We did not enter the address at all. Since we cannot send you replacements I have gone ahead and issued your refund for the order.
