I bought a Belkin wireless router on Best Buy.com. After about 3 weeks it stopped working. I called Belkin and asked if I should deal with them or Best Buy and they tried to fix it but couldn't and sent me an new one which worked for 10 days and broke. They wanted to send me another but I said I wanted my money back so they then referred me to Best Buy. I brought the broken router to Best Buy who told me I had 15 days to return the broken router. Well it worked for 17 days! So they did nothing for me and I lost my money and they lost a customer, Fifteen days is unrealistic and a bogus policy.
