I called the company because I was confused with what the charges were on my credit card. They charged me too much and I just wanted to remove the charge and be put on a different subscription. I would have rated it higher if they never charged me the higher amount in the first place. If I didn't check my credit card balance they would have kept me charging the same amount every month. Regardless, the customer service rep was very helpful and he was able to remove the charge and put me on the right subscription.
