The last two boxes I ordered have been surprise boxes. I haven't used or liked any of the makeup products. Trying to get rid of them on ebay since there r no returns. I received a box today and the creme is coming out of the top of an item and I was transferred from person to person on chat line. Then they hung up.

Bad service, took my money two months later i filed claim with paypal. Got my money back. They promise but don't follow through. Check online Facebook to hear the many horror stories. If you paid with credit card you can dispute the charge and the bank will investigate and possibly give your money back.
