Royal Caribbean's association with OPTUM is damaging their reputation. Sent damaged Covid test kits without any remedy/replacement or refund. A $75.00 loss. Con artists.

Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere. There isn’t any customer service, no reputable policy in place for receipt of damaged products due to their errors. Ripoff

The worst customer service next to Chinese customer service. Never answer the phone, online account can't track your purchases or show a current order, worthless. A VERY poorly managed operation.
