The Roman Shade I purchased and received was the wrong style, color and material. It wasn't easy to contact customer service either. Once I emailed their "SocialCare" rep and wrote a review on sitejabber, however, I got a timely and satisfactory resolution to my concerns. I was very pleased to finally have contact with the right rep and that they were apologetic and extremely helpful.
