I bought a pair of Christian Louboutins and I tried them on inside my home on hardwood floors for two minutes and they didn't work with my dress. So I put them back in the box and returned them. A week later, I get an email saying they refuse to take back my return because they have been worn and they will charge me for the shoes and would send them back. I know I only tried them on for 2 minutes inside my home so it was impossible there would be any damage. I asked them to take pictures of the bottom of my shoes to show me the proof I wore them and caused damage. They never did. Instead of sending me proof of the bottom of my shoes I know I didn't wear, they emailed me saying they attached a photo of the instructions of how to take care of every shoe and the attachment was blurry and you could not see anything! Attached is what they sent me of their "instructions." They are con artists. Never shop here. I've never seen anything like it. If I could rate them in negatives, I would. Buyer beware! Once I receive the shoes I supposedly have damage on the bottom of the Christian Louboutins, I will write another review to show what they consider "damaged."
