“It's scam!”

This shop is scam!I'm buy three pairs of shoes and have returned all of them next day in one box but them turned back money only for 2 items! After my calls,letters,long waiting for explaining them mailed me that them didn't find my third returned pair of shoes. I'm in shock! What to do in this situation?! I'm robbed!
