“Horrible delivery”

I ordered two shirts from them on Sept 6,2020 and still have not received my package, 21 days later. I paid extra to have the package here within 3-5 days and never received a confirmation email. I finally emailed them on Sept 13. Their response was to send an automated message saying they will send the items out immidiately... I still have not received my items.
