Refusing to give refund. I have now asked 5 ties for a refund for items that never arrived. They repeatedly tell me to check tacking numbers and address. The package has not moved in over a months and was ordered two months ago. Having promised to refund after a certain date I then requested it and the whole process started again.
AVOIDto give refund
Terrible customer service, refused to give refund and suddenly couldn't stop emailing after dispute raised with paypal. I would advise against any purchase from them.
