I had problems returning two items. They were recommended to me so I bought them. I tried to return them in July. They are still not returned. If you are interested in their cameras order them from Amazon.

After I wrote a review about "no customer service", they got back to me and gave me great service. I believe that the issue was their website. It was confusing and I could not create a service ticket for a return. They have since contacted me and responded the way an excellent customer should.
