I notified them to suspend service on my month to month contract. They acknowledged the call log and request but continued to bill me saying I didn't conform to their suspense policy. They apologized for their "communication error" not inform me to also email a request but still won't reverse their billing. A low class company, and often a sign in financial trouble.
Tip for consumers: Sales driven company with very poor after sale service. They make it difficult to suspend month to month service even after acknowledging your request. They'll continue to bill for unused service. I will find another Iridium service provider.
