Adore me is a scam of a business especially their online shopping takes 2 months to get refunds and then they keep $6 of each set for a "restocking" fee and customer service line rings with someone picking up hours later only to hang up on you. They barely get back to emails and when they do it's just some generic copy and paste and it's not about any issue that you had. Extremely frustrated with this company and I warn people to not buy with them there are so many other Better companies that will treat you respectfully.

I am terribly sorry to hear that the experience you had with the return and refund process was less than perfect.

We always wish to ensure great customer experience and minimize any discomfort as much as possible. Even so, the packages sent back to our warehouse do have to process through a severe quality control system and once this is completed we receive the confirmation, and only then we can issue the refund.

Moreover, upon processing your return, it is stated that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set. This means your refund will be the total paid per set minus $5.95 per set refunded to you. You may avoid restocking fees by processing an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are free of charge (and we even cover the shipping back to us!)
