I ordered a wig through this company. It took forever for it to arrive but they charged my credit card immediately, through PayPal. I communicated with PayPal and they came back and said it was delivered. Which it was that day. I have owned a lot of wigs and hairpieces and this wigs is the worst. I emailed the company to find out how to return it and I NEVER heard back from their customer service. I didn't even receive an invoice/packing slip with the wig and now I cannot return it. DO NOT do business with this company. PS: I have never written a negative review for any company, but when a company does not even bother to communicate with customers, that's where I draw the line.
