I ordered the wig but the quality was too bad so I returned it. They took my money and never refund it.

I've just received the 3 wigs. OMG. They are so fake, so plastic and cheap! Not at all what they are advertising! Is absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to do this! They are 3 completely different wigs than the ones I choose! The material that is supposed to be around it and you cut, is not there! HORRIBLE QUALITY! I want my money back!

I received it yesterday. But the style is not i ordered. Very mesh, very long. I purchased a chin length but received a shoulder length. The wig quality is ok.

I was overjoyed when I received my wig! It had taken like 3 weeks to get here. However the wait was worth it. After I ordered my wig I started checking out the reviews, I should have done it before, right? Anyway I saw so many bad reviews, I was sure it was going to be a horrible, wig if it ever came. Some said they got scammed and they received nothing.
So when I got it and it was exactly what I wanted and more! I was so happy! Maybe they changed their products for better quality but now you can be sure to get what you expect. Might take a little long but it's good

I actually just ordered four wigs a few days ago. After reading all the negative reviews I figured I would send out good vibes
Lol. Hopefully when the company reads this. They will treat me with loyalty.

It took almost 2 month to receive the item.
Seller: located in China
Item: worst quality ever. You can use maybe for halloween party.
Delivery: it has delayed not because of delivery distance/ carrier. It happened seller didn't dispatched the item on time. They took almost over 2 week only for processing time. No notice, no apologies.
Service: when I claim this long process, they answer me after they sent, and rejected refund for this reason.
When I tried to return the item, they requested to charge resend pee on me.

I'm finding out that this company has misrepresented themselves. Nothing they have promised is happening.
They have not responded to any emails for 2 weeks. I finally contacted Paypal and they are working on the
Dispute. Don't order from them you'll regret... they are not located in the U.S. as represented in their website...

Don't buy! Looks like shiny fake doll hair! These wigs are shipped from China! Don't throw your money away on these cheap wigs!

I bought a wig from ewigsna, the processing time is so long. I received the wig after 3 weeks. They say they are custom made wig store, so it need more time than other wig store. All in all, the wig for me is really good. I love the color & wonderful style.

This company is scamming consumers. They are based in China. They claim they have "fast shipping and easy return". When you select the product from the images on their site, they write you back and say that "it's being manufactured." After waiting two weeks I contacted them and they replied "it's ready." What I received looked nothing like the wig in the photo and they refused to refund my money. See photos of what I ordered and what they shipped. They're basically thieves.

I have been waiting for 1 year and 3 months for 2 wigs and wig hair bands I ordered and paid for.
I have sent numerous emails to their customer service department with no reply.

This company is a scam. Because the wig in the photo and my order that I received is radically different in color and structure!

I ordered from this website, and it was advertising real hair and they sent synthetic, it is falsely advertised and they show lovely videos and send rubbish products.

Thank you so much for speedy delivery of my wig. This is the second wig from you and the first lace wig which is so different and much much more nicer than the one I received from my old supplier. The style was the same but longer (I had to have the wig trimmed) and is so much more softer, the previous one being quite coarse. I love your packaging particularly the colour and free gifts and am so pleased I found you. Thank you.

I have placed an order more than two months ago and I have still not received my order. Customer service is absolutely zero, extremely bad customer service in other words you won't be able to reach and contact any body about your order.

What they advertise and what you receive are two very different things. I am trying to get my money back because I have been sent a fancy dress wig compared to the luxury advertised item. Read the reviews before buying and stay away.

I ordered "Natural Blonde Straight"... it was black and orange. I also ordered "2020 blonde gradient"... it was black and pure silver. Their wigs are not good for anything except Hallowe'en. Avoid this company.

I ordered from this company in March. According to my tracking the product hasn't even left China. Also when viewing my order, the items that are being shipped to me aren't even the items I ordered.

S I wish I had checked on the reviews before. I had to wait for 4 weeks to get the hair piece I paid too much for real hair and it was not what I ordered. My emails were never answered. The "company" sits in China and the German firm I ordered it from does not answer any emails so all I can say do not order anything from that webside

I bought a wig from them and when I got it it did not resembled in any way the picture, the color, the texture, the haircut, in fact it looked like something out of a terror movie. I sent it back after exchanging several emails with this fake company and they gave me an address in China that, later I found that, did not exist. They told me they will refund my money, but I had to pay for the return cost. That was six months ago! I sent several email and they gave me the turn around. Do not buy anything from this people!

These wigs are garbage. Tried for cheap learned my lesson.
Always use joshua24.com for wigs. More Expensive, but real products.
