I ordered a wig that was described as 4" Bang,1.5 Nape, 5" Crown Large. Received 3.25"Bang, 1.5"Nape
3.5"Crown Medium. Requested refund of $92.92, they offered $20.00 credit and keep wig, or I could return to factory in China for the full refund. Shipped return wig to China 4/22/2023. Today 2/12/2024 I received same package back, labeled "return to sender". They wouldn't even accept the package for return. Their return policy is meaningless. Avoid this company at all costs or it will really cost you.
