Low price but $50 fee to book, $200 to add luggage, (going to a wedding. Had to have). Could not understand agent, very thick accent. Would never use again and we have not gone yet.

Dear Jill, sorry to hear of the inconvenience you are experiencing with your reservation. I do see that you are booked on Spirit airlines, and Spirit does lead the way in higher cost for extras such as bags, seating, and condiments while flying. As a travel agent, we do not have any control over the cost of the these items especially the bags. Many airlines have now been charging for bags for many years, so this isn't anything new. It seems like you had many, if you are paying $200.00 for luggage, or over the weight limit of 40 lbs. Although we do sympathize with you, unfortunately we have no control over these cost. We appreciate your business, and enjoy your wedding.
