We have done business with Pawsh for our toy yorkies for 5 years. We are very supportive of small business owners in Sarasota, Fl. On 8/3/19 (Saturday) our two little dogs went for grooming. Groomer cut Benji's ear (first time ever)."accidents happen when you are dealing with live animals" that's what groomer said. The groomer stated "put corn starch on wound". She gave us a bloody dog--the top of his head bloody, blood everywhere in our car as we transported him home and straight to the vet. The groomer never did triage or notify us via phone call until we got there to pick both of our little yorkies up. We knew something was wrong as Benji was very timid and reserved. We contacted groomer to let her know that the bleeding was excessive and Benji will be taken to vet immediately and to have Diana (owner) call us. Not one phone call from Pawsh to check on Benji. The first phone call we received from Pawsh was Tuesday 8/6/19. I asked for the most decent thing for them to do... Reimbursement of grooming services, not granted yet.
Our disappointment is for their lack of sympathy and true care for our babies, as they are wonderful little dogs and extremely friendly. "Accidents happen but you need to treat our dogs like you would of treated your own"--you have forgotten that oath for the care of customers pets... not only pets but our yorkies are family!. Not returning to your business for us.
