I ordered product to be sent as a gift, but I made an error in the address. FEDEX wouldn't allow me to change the address and told me only the shipper (Insect Shield) could correct the address. Insect shield team member told me she could not fix the address and the only "solution" was to get the recipeint to go to the neighbors for the package. There were two issues with that solution: one, the recipeient is a shut-in unable to leave the house and also, because in my attempt to correct the address with FEDEX, i got looped into an automation that required me first put a hold on the package. And they refuse and hung up on me when I expressed frustration having been given the "only solution" which was not a solution. Essentially, they got their money, so they are not going to fix this. I am stuck with no resolution having paid for something that will never arrive. I have been a return customer, and that has made no difference. BUYER BEWARE. If something goes AWRY in your order, you will get no help
