I purchased 2 dresses from Zapaka for my daughter's graduation. Before purchasing, I read return policy. They accept returns…phew! Because you never know how things will fit.
I made my purchase through PayPal. Then I waited. I did not receive an order number or any emails updating my order status (I had no idea when or if my items shipped).
Running short on time, I purchased a dress elsewhere, thinking "I'll return the dresses if they ever arrive."
They arrived. No invoice or packing slip. No information on returns. Emailed customer service and they told me I had to wait until after 7 days from delivery. WRONG. Their website states returns must be initiated WITHIN 7 days.
My package has a return address of New York. HOWEVER, I was instructed to ship the items to China at my own expense. They know it's not worth it to ship it back, so their customers get stuck with items and Zapaka keeps ALL their money. They offered 10% refund. Really?! I'll throw these horrible, low quality items in the trash before I ship them back for $30 or accept a $6 refund.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU ARE STUCK WITH ITEMS WITH NO RECOURSE.
