I had a horrible experience with their shipping, this is the second time it has occurred ans I had to I call to get clarification. I was giving excuses("facts") that were not acknowledged anywhere in the checkout process. A representative insisted that the shipping process consists of the order having to first process which can take up to two business days after placing the order and then they can be shipped out. Nowhere in the checkout steps does it explain such. I only paid $13 for two day shipping which obviously is two business days, it doesn't include weekends nor orders placed after 1 PM which is indeed mentioned upon check out. Turns out that my items will actually arrive four business days after, which I ordered on a weekday and prior to 1 PM.so what sense does it make to be charged for something that is not going to arrive exactly in two business days and does not inform you of so?! It is pathetic and a waste of time and definitely false advertisement along with stealing your money. I have ordered from their chain store and have paid two day shipping and have definitely received it in 2 business days so I do not understand what the difference is and apparently neither do their representatives. I spoke with Pablo who insisted that I was in the wrong and told me otherwise. I definitely will not be ordering from them oline ever again and most likely will never do so at a store either. Unbelievable!
